“Usually, for me, the phone is the best way to make an appointment,” Hernandez said.
If you choose to contact your rep, calling to set an appointment is preferred over emailing; whereas you may have a thread of 5 emails modifying your appointment, you can confirm details faster within a simple phone call.
“I’d make a plan,” Hernandez said. “Make a plan with what you need to look at and what you want to look at.”
